WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?
Virgin hair is natural and unprocessed. That means it has no colors, dyes, relaxers, or other chemicals. In addition, the upper and lower ends are kept in their natural state. You'll find no damage to the structure of the hair or the cuticle. Virgin hair is found in the natural colors of its donors, such as brown and black. However it can be colored, and when washed and dried, it will return to its natural shape without damage. Virgin hair is where the cuticles face in the same direction. You can tell that the hair is virgin because it will move more naturally and will not be stiff. With proper care, this hair can last up to 8 months to a year.
DO YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS SHED?
If a company tells you that your hair extensions don’t shed they are lying to you. All hair sheds. Status hair however has minimal shedding. Keep in mind your hair extensions should be treated and cared for as you would your own natural hair. To prevent shedding we suggest sewing around the wefts of the hair instead of through the wefts.

We guarantee QUALITY. Our virgin hair has not been tampered with by chemical processes such as perms, dyes, and relaxers. All of our hair is 100% virgin hair directly from the source. Authentic virgin hair lasts 8-14 months.
HOW MANY BUNDLES DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR A FULL HEAD SEW IN?
We recommend all of our customers to use 3-4 bundles for a full head sew in. It all depends on your preference and how full and thick you like your hair. Please consult with your hairstylist. Each of our hair bundles weigh 2.0-4.0 oz. Because our hair extensions are not processed and filled with synthetic fibers, we ensure TOP quality.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE, AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Status Extensions ships all packages through USPS and FedEx. All packages can be tracked on the USPS site. https://www.usps.com or https://www.Fedex.com
WHAT COLOR IS EACH BUNDLE OF HAIR?
Each bundle of hair we sell comes in a natural brown color. Color may vary being that one donors hair color is not exactly the same. We do not color hair extensions for you. We recommend you letting your hair stylist color your hair extensions for the best results.
WHERE DOES YOUR HAIR COME FROM?
Per confidentiality reasoning, Status Extensions cannot provide details of where our hair extensions come from. However, we do ensure you that all of the hair offered on our website is 100% virgin hair that is authentic.
CAN YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS COLOR?
Yes, all of our hair extensions can be colored but we recommend you consulting with a licensed colorist or your stylist before bleaching and coloring any hair extensions. We are not liable for any damaged hair extensions AFTER they have been dyed and bleached by a third party.
HOW LONG DOES YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST?
Our hair extensions can last up to 8 to 14 months with proper care. Not properly caring for your hair extensions can cause damage to the hair extensions. Please note, that not caring for hair properly can lead to damaged hair extensions.
DOES STATUS EXTENSIONS SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes, to most countries. International shipping is a flat rate of $80 USD. We utilize FedEx for International shipping. FedEx cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. Shipping can take up to 7 business days. The customer is responsible for paying any international customs fees or import duties required upon delivery. These charges are not within our control and we have no way of determining what they may be. Customs policies/fees vary widely from country to country. For more information, we suggest contacting your local customs office.
If available, overnight shipping costs typically range from $45 to $110, depending on your location. All overnight orders MUST be placed before 1:30pm EST. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions. There are no overnight orders when we are closed (Sat/Sun/Mon).
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are processed and ship during business days ONLY (Mon.-Fri.) Please allow 7-10 business days for an order to ship AFTER processing. Processing can take up to 2-3 business days or more. All goods ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) or FedEx.
NOTE: You will typically receive your package within 3-5 business days from the day you placed your order, except during holiday seasons or inclement weather. In those cases, shipping may take slightly longer.
With standard shipping, we CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date. We do offer guaranteed overnight shipping with Fed-Ex. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.
CAN YOU MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER?
Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot to be altered once items have been shipped out. Changes can only be made during the 3 day processing period.
ARE REFUNDS AVAILABLE?
All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order in original plastic packaged, resell-able condition with sales receipt. You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange.

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Sassy Mitchell was the party at fault.
Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut).
Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist.
If it’s determined that Status Extensions is the party at fault, we shall refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale. Due to health reasons, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for extensions once extensions have been shipped out and retrieved by the customer. We cannot fully determine if hair extensions or any other products sold by us, have been used, worn or touched. These products can cause health problems if we retrieve them from a customer in an unsanitary environment. For those reasons alone we cannot issue refunds or exchanges under ANY circumstances. When ordering hair please keep this in mind.

Please note curly hair will look shorter than the length stated, please stretch hair to achieve measurement.
